Dave Kasten Subaru

I had to have some work done on my '03 Legacy in Illinois and they gave me some recommendations/estimates for other work I needed. I called Kasten's and spoke to Jeff in Service, he gave me a much lower estimate than what the Illinois place gave me and when I got the bill for the work it was about $30 less than the estimate. Plus, I had been joking with the cashier about giving me a free hat with my purchase. Right before my car was done the cashier gave me a hat and said that Jeff had said OK to that. It's things like that which win customers and Jeff has won me as a customer for Kasten Motors. Even though I live in Minocqua I will drive to Schofield for service from now on. Thanks Jeff!

Our first stop in the car buying process was Kasten Motors.  The sales staff was low pressure and very friendly.  We didn't even go to any other dealerships.  I just loved how we were treated and felt very comfortable with our decision.  Oh... almost forgot to mention, we LOVE our new Subaru!
